As a youngster Dave Vose learned about restoring Victorian properties with his family back in the 70's.  Since then he has done several products of note including the Houston residence at 16 Warren Ave. A 9 acre antique estate restored by Douglas Houston owner of Houston advertising agency, featured in the Boston Globe newspaper. Also the captain Frazar House in West Falmouth which also was featured in the Boston Globe magazine as  passive solar 1880 because of the creative use of Anderson thermal pane windows used extensively on the south side of the historic building. These provided heat on every sunny day during the winter. Another historic  property the Leland Estate, now called Mill Meadow was given an award for outstanding development of a historical property which Integrated new condominiums a Mansion and the carriage house on 4 acres with pond front and ocean views.

He  also did projects for famous Manhattan interior designer Paula McPhee including the oldest house on Martha's Vineyard in Tisbury; also has worked for famous persons such as Walter Cronkite, professional atheletes etc.  You will not be getting somebody's first rodeo when you hire Mr. Vose.

For Residential Customers

I offer a meticulous level of support and attention to detail whether you are looking to preserve the character of a historic Victorian building or update a tired contemporary. I can completely redesign it for comfortable, enjoyable living space; or convert it into apartments or condominiums that will have clients calling you to rent or buy!
Before you renovate a property you should have a well-thought-out plan including the landscaping.T
he last thing you want to do is finish renovating your home and realize that you just spent $25k to optimize the view of your drive way or you put that $15,000.00 fireplace on the wall that should have a bay window overlooking your beautifully landscaped back yard.

There is no perfect property of course, but I will get the most out of it for you at a reasonable cost.
